I ordered this for a Ragnar race I was doing. This was the first time I used it. I didn't get a chance to add extra water sealing to the tent. It set up easy. Was very sturdy and comfortable. It rained the second night, and me and my stuff stayed dry. It even did a good job of blocking the rain for stuff I had stored under the cot.
It packed up easy and was the carry bag made it easy to get it to and from our campsite that was not near the parking lot.
I considered getting the single one since my wife wasn't going, but I chose the double, and that was a good call. It gave me room to put my clothes in, and gave me plenty of room to stretch out.

I loved everything about this tent, the first day I got it I pitched it in my living room and camped in it all weekend. The air mattress stayed fully blown up and nothing was bent or warped although if you do plan on being outside and it rains you're going to need a tarp because the rain runs down the side of the tent and because the tent has no bottom the water pools between the mattress and the cot.
